Element Technical Services is seeking an experienced Fluid Pump Operator for a full-time position. This role requires expertise in pump assessment, maintenance scheduling, and familiarity with crucial pump components. Successful candidates will also engage in training less experienced coworkers, ensuring best practices are shared throughout the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess valves and seats in the pump systems
• Change packing on Bowie Pumps as required
• Rebuild valves such as 2X2 and 2X1




• Conduct pre and post trip inspections on equipment
• Attend pre-job safety meetings and comply with safety regulations

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 driver’s license with Air brake endorsement
• Strong driving record and familiarity with safety procedures
• Prior experience with pumps is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Mature demeanor in challenging situations
