About this position Leadership and team management
Supervise, mobilize and develop a team of developers;
Participate in the recruitment, onboarding and integration of new employees;
Carry out performance evaluations and support career progression;

Project Management & Delivery
Work closely with the Product Manager to clarify functional requirements and acceptance criteria;
Validate the technical feasibility of requests and propose optimized solutions;
Plan and coordinate development activities (sprints, prioritization, etc.);
Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards;
Identify and manage technical and organizational risks;
Ensure the application of best practices (code reviews, automated tests, CI/CD).
Contribute to architectural decisions and technological orientations;
Maintain a high level of quality, security and performance of the solutions;
Encourage continuous improvement and innovation.
Cross-functional collaboration
Act as a strategic partner to the Product Manager;
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies ( sprint planning, reviews);
Translate business needs into clear technical implications for the team;
Proactively communicate technical constraints, risks and impacts.
Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field;
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in software development;
Relevant experience in team management;
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and environments, including Scrum and Kanban;
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills;
Analytical mindset with strong judgment and decision-making abilities;
Highly results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving objectives and delivering high-quality outcomes.
