Key Responsibilities Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for key raw material categories.
Lead complex negotiations with international suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms.

Conduct in-depth market analysis, risk assessments, and cost modeling for raw material procurement.
Ensure supply chain resilience and continuity for critical materials.

Requirements Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, with a strong focus on raw materials sourcing in a manufacturing context.
Proven success in global sourcing, strategic negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
Deep understanding of commodity markets, supply chain risk management, and international trade.
