At Agnico Eagle's Meliadine Mine, you will bring your expertise as a qualified Oil Burner Technician, specifically with an OBT1 or Red Seal ticket. This position demands strong capabilities in managing and maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems, along with 2 to 5 years of mechanical experience. Your focus on operational reliability will help ensure maintaining safety regulations and preparing systems for seasonal demands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain ventilation raise systems




• Test-run burners at least three times weekly
• Oversee upkeep of boilers and furnaces
• Document work orders and parts use in JDEdwards
• Review annual overhaul of indirect heater units

Requirements:
• Qualified Oil Burner Technician with OBT1 or Red Seal
• Experience with oil-fired equipment, up to 71 GPH
• 2 to 5 years in mechanical fields
• Knowledge of HVAC systems in commercial/industrial settings
• Mining experience is an asset
