Maple Lodge Farms, Canada's largest poultry processor, is seeking an Operations Trainer for Plant 6. Reporting to the Tray Pack Manager, you will monitor staff performance, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement in a quick-paced facility.
This on-site role requires at least 2 years in meat/poultry, knowledge of CFIA/HACCP/GMP, OHSA/WHMIS, and strong MS Office skills, with a focus on safety and quality. Shift: Mon-Fri 3:15 pm–11:45 pm; on-site and flexible time may be needed.
