Key Responsibilities:
• Administer contracts and validate budgets for projects
• Prepare and manage monthly cost reports and change orders
• Process progress draws and validate construction extras




• Track shop drawings, SIs, and RFIs with consultants
• Manage project meetings and distribute meeting minutes

Requirements:
• Accredited construction degree or diploma
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, with a focus on Excel
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Valid Class G driver's license required for travel
• Effective interpersonal communication and teamwork
