This role is essential for ensuring that all chemical processes and products meet rigorous internal standards and external regulatory requirements. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing quality management systems and ensuring environmental compliance. This position offers a significant opportunity to shape and uphold the quality and compliance framework within a vital industrial sector, ensuring product integrity and corporate responsibility.
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) for chemical production.
Ensure adherence to all relevant environmental regulations and permit requirements.
Conduct internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with standards.
Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
Collaborate with R&D; and production teams to ensure new products meet quality and regulatory criteria.




Prepare compliance reports and manage regulatory submissions.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or regulatory compliance within the chemical industry.
In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and environmental regulations.
Experience with auditing, CAPA processes, and regulatory reporting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
