The Town of Foam Lake invites you to apply for one (1) full time permanent Leisure Services Coordinator position within our Leisure Services Department.

The Leisure Services Coordinator supports the delivery of recreation, culture, and community programs while providing administrative support to the Leisure Services Director. This position is responsible for coordinating programs and events, promoting municipal recreation opportunities, supervising seasonal staff, supporting daily operations, and building positive relationships with residents, volunteers, and community partners to enhance quality of life in the Town of Foam Lake.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate programs and events
- Create marketing and social media
- Provide administrative support




- Supervise and schedule seasonal staff
- Assist with grants, budgets, and facility bookings

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Grade 12 (post-secondary in recreation or a related field is an asset)
- Robust organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, WordPress and other digital tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

- Must have a Valid Class 5 driver’s license and a clean abstract
