About the Role Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Information Security Manager to lead their security initiatives in Kimberley . This leadership role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's overall information security strategy, policies, and procedures. You will oversee security operations, risk management, compliance, and incident response activities, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and systems. This is a key position for a strategic security leader dedicated to safeguarding the organization's assets and maintaining a strong security posture in an ever-evolving threat landscape, reporting directly to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive information security strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security controls, policies, and standards.
Manage the incident response program, ensuring swift and effective handling of security breaches.
Lead risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security awareness programs.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.




Manage and mentor the information security team, fostering a culture of security excellence.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
7+ years of progressive experience in information security , with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
Proven experience in developing and implementing security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
Solid understanding of security operations, risk management, compliance, and governance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
