Lead the Production department at Pangeo's Vaughan aluminum die casting plant. As Production Manager, you will drive safety, quality, cost, and delivery while fostering continuous improvement culture.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee production performance to meet key metrics in safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Your responsibilities include implementing lean manufacturing methods and enhancing team capabilities as the plant scales. Experience is required in managing production systems with a focus on efficiency and workforce training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and lead department to meet key targets
• Drive continuous reduction of production standard costs
• Implement lean production and improve OEE




• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Coordinate cross-functional production goals with quality and engineering

Requirements:
• 5+ years in production management, die casting preferred
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience with lean manufacturing tools
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards
• Microsoft 365 proficiency, multilingual an asset
