Job Description
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
You will join a high-performing team focused on transformingMerchant Payment Systems. This role supports the modernization of enterprise payment platforms through API-driven services, cloud-native architectures,and data-driven insights, as well as support and development of IBM Mainframe applications.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and senior developers to learn, build, and deploy scalable, secure solutions that power next-generation merchant payment capabilities.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Participate in technical analysis and solution design under senior guidance

Contribute to Jira story creation, estimation, and sprint delivery

Translate business requirements into user stories and technical designs with mentorship

Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications, including:

Spring Bootmicroservices

Reactfront-end applications

RESTful APIs

Cloud-native and containerized solutions

Linux based Microservices

IBM Mainframe - Batch Processing, JCL, COBOL, CICS, ZEKE, IMS, DB2

Deliver solutions using Agile methodologies through CI/CD pipelines

Participate in software development activities:

Coding and peer code reviews

Unit and integrationtesting

Deployment support

Learn and adopt best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:

3–4 yearsof hands-on experience (or strong internship/co-op experience) in:

Java / Spring Boot

Reactor similarfront-end frameworks

Node.jsorPython

SQL

IBM Mainframe - Batch Processing, JCL, COBOL, CICS, ZEKE, IMS, DB2





Basic understanding ofRESTful APIs

Familiarity with relational databases

Exposure toCI/CD pipelinesand automated testing concepts

Basicknowledge ofcloud platforms(OpenShift, AWS, or Azure)

Comfort working inLinux-based and IBM Host environments

Exposure toFastAPIor similar frameworks

Basic understanding ofLarge Language Models (LLMs)and Generative AI concepts

Eagerness to learn new technologies— we are modernizing legacy systems and integrating AI. You will grow rapidly in this role

Nice-to-have:

Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Interest in AI/ML toolsand their application in development
