Key Responsibilities Lead the development of new chemical products from concept to commercialization.
Design and optimize synthesis routes and formulations for novel chemical compounds.
Conduct laboratory and pilot-scale experiments to validate process parameters and product performance.
Collaborate virtually with R&D; teams, marketing, and manufacturing to ensure successful product launch.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including process descriptions, safety data, and scale-up strategies.




Evaluate raw material suppliers and ensure the quality and consistency of incoming materials.
Requirements Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in product development and process scale-up.
Proven expertise in organic synthesis, formulation science, or materials science.
Experience with statistical experimental design (DoE) and data analysis.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptable for virtual interaction.
