The Beauval Health Centre requires an RN with Additional Authorized Practice designation to manage common medical conditions. You’ll leverage your robust assessment and decision-making abilities to enhance care delivery while collaborating with other health professionals. Your efforts will directly impact community health initiatives and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Treat and diagnose limited common medical issues
• Adhere to Additional Authorized Practice competencies
• Build partnerships with community health stakeholders
• Facilitate inter-professional collaboration effectively
• Engage in process evaluations for quality improvement
Requirements:
• Essential: Additional Authorized Practice (AAP) designation
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BScN) required
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
• Registered or eligible with CRNS as RN(AAP)
• Proficient in problem-solving and computer skills
