About us: AtElbow River Casino, we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional gamingexperience, ensuring a protected and enjoyable environment for our guests and staff.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our teamand oversee the security operations of our Casino.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of thesecurity team to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, andproperty.

Conduct regular inspections of security systems,equipment, and procedures.

Respond and manage emergency situations,including incidents involving guests and employees.

Prepare and maintain detailed incident reportsand documentation.

Collaborate with Calgary Police and otheremergency services as necessary.

Train and mentor Security staff, ensuringadherence to company policies, procedures,



and AGLC legislation.

Provide exceptional customer service and addressany concerns or issues raised by guests

Qualifications

Previous experience in security supervision or asimilar role, preferably in a casino or high-traffic environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities.

Ability to remain calm and make decisionsin high-pressure situations.

Proficient in the use of security systems andtechnologies.

Must be able to work flexible hours, includingnights, weekends, and holidays.
