About the Role Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Senior Project Manager focused on Business Process Improvement to join their team in Kimberley . This role is dedicated to identifying inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and implementing solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and organizational performance. You will lead cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, from initial analysis and design to implementation and ongoing monitoring. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to manage change effectively within a hybrid work setting, driving significant improvements in productivity and cost savings.
Key Responsibilities Lead projects focused on identifying, analyzing, and improving business processes across various departments.
Develop detailed process maps, identify bottlenecks, and design optimized workflows using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of improvement initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and drive consensus.




Implement new processes and technologies, ensuring effective change management and user adoption.
Measure and report on the impact of process improvements on key business metrics such as efficiency, cost, and quality.
Requirements A minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management , with a specialization in Business Process Improvement or Operations Management.
Proven track record of successfully leading process optimization projects and delivering measurable results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
