We currently have an chance for an Agronomic Solutions & Innovation Specialist to join our Divisional Office located in Richardson, SK. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting Richardsons Agronomic Solutions initiatives, digital agriculture tools, training, and stewardship initiatives while helping drive innovation product development.

Responsibilities

Support Agronomic Solutions initiatives, including the coordination of trial summaries, agronomic trends, and related communication for internal network

Assist with creating,



formatting and proofreading materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards

Support the adoption and training of digital agriculture tools

Explore new technologies and identify opportunities to support the business

Coordinate events, tours, training sessions, and surveys

Work with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders on key projects and initiatives

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in agriculture, with a background in sales, marketing, and/or communications

Post-secondary education in Agriculture required; Business, Communications, or related field is an asset

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Open-minded and eager to learn new technologies and industry trends

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of agronomy, crop inputs, or digital agriculture tools is an asset
