About the Role Our client is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Blockchain Product Manager to drive product vision and execution from their Kimberley office. You will be responsible for defining and launching innovative products within the crypto and blockchain space, bridging the gap between market needs and technical capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, market trends, and customer needs to deliver successful products that disrupt the industry.
Key Responsibilities Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing blockchain-based products.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.
Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for engineering teams.
Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing,



and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on blockchain, cryptocurrency, or related technologies.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products, preferably in the digital asset space.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, dApps, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
