The Regional Projects Supervisor will be responsible for managing the projects' function and processes to ensure timely and consistency with policies, procedures and requirements for all projects.
What you will do: Oversees the operation of the Projects department.
Assessing, managing and delegating all incoming projects requests.
Managing and delegating project management responsibilities
Organize team network with customers/local branch for the processing of large project management requirements
Organize & set up an initial project management plan - SPA's, delivery, resources to be used etc. so it can be processed by the assigned Projects team member.
Oversee to make sure the project remains intact at all levels of processing
Oversee purchase order negotiations with generated re-quotes >100K.
Assess and resolve escalated customer/vendor issues and/or escalated to Manager as required
Enforce best practices and current protocols as required affecting project management
Communicate and enforce all changes as required affecting project processes.
Assist / back‑up team members as required.
Observe & adjust workflow to include new resources and provide insight to train current processes/SOPs.
Training and enforcement of the standard operational procedures
Lead, empower and provide the local team with all the resources and support required for them to excel professionally and personally – promote and upkeep a team effort.
Perform ad hoc duties as required
