As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in patient treatment at our rapidly growing pharmacy. This full time position requires administering medications and monitoring post-treatment responses. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer IV, IM, SC medications in various settings
• Monitor and document patient treatment outcomes
• Provide individualized patient education sessions




• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
• Support collaboration with case managers and healthcare professionals

Requirements:
• Valid provincial RN license and registered practical nurse qualification
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience in relevant settings
• Certifications in ACLS and proficiency in MS Office
