About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled Research Chemist with expertise in Analytical Chemistry to join their state-of-the-art laboratory in Kimberley. This role is essential for developing and implementing advanced analytical methods to support product development and quality control initiatives. You will work with a team of chemists and scientists, utilizing cutting-edge instrumentation to characterize materials, identify impurities, and ensure product integrity. Key Responsibilities Develop, validate, and implement analytical methods using techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-MS, and spectroscopy.
Perform routine and non-routine sample analysis to support research and development projects.
Characterize raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure quality and compliance.
Troubleshoot analytical instrumentation and methodologies, ensuring optimal performance.




Document experimental procedures, results, and conclusions in detailed reports.
Collaborate with R&D; teams to provide analytical support and solve complex chemical challenges.
Requirements Ph.D. or Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in analytical method development and validation.
Hands-on experience with a variety of analytical instruments, including chromatography and mass spectrometry.
Strong understanding of chemical principles and quantitative analysis.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a laboratory setting in Kimberley.
