This position requires skillful role-playing to present specific symptoms and behaviors for medical students during simulated encounters. Candidates should excel in improvisation, memorization, and offer constructive feedback, all while adhering to strict confidentiality and standardization guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Role-play scenarios for medical student simulations
• Provide sensitive feedback to faculty and students
• Maintain confidentiality of student evaluations
• Adhere to standardization guidelines in every session
• Participate in large class role-plays as needed
Requirements:
• Post-secondary acting education preferred
• 2-4 years in a similar role is ideal
• Strong improvisational and memorization skills
• Ability to deliver objective and focused feedback
• Must maintain confidentiality at all times
