About the Role:

CBRE is looking for a proactive and skilled Mobile Technician to support our client locations in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. This is a energetic, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the go-to expert for keeping client locations safe, functional, and customer-ready by maintaining and repairing building systems, equipment, and facilities.

As part of CBRE’s Engineering & Technical Services team, you’ll work across multiple sites, handling preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-demand repairs for mechanical, electrical, and general building systems. What You’ll Do:

- Perform ongoing general maintenance on facility infrastructures.
- Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.




- Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Manage and track completion.
- Support energy management by taking measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner.
- Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
