Service Advisor ResponsibilitiesGreet all customers whether on the phone or in person.Set appointments, answer calls and all inquiries.Physically walk the unit with the customer to complete a "Walk Around Sheet" (including last 8 of VIN, mileage, window tag, steering wheel tag).Review walk around with customer and have them approve.Verify and print any warranty or recalls for customer's vehicle.Verify customer contact information and method of payment including credit authorization.Complete and sign Work Order.Check history attached to work order.Attach all functional sheets to work order including Come Backs (Red) and Quality Control (Yellow).Enter pertinent information in SSI for Express Assessment.Service Advisor RequirementsA high school diploma and/or GED is required.Combination of education,
