MFM LP seeks a detailed Shutdown Scheduler in Calgary, AB, dedicated to effective planning and coordination of shutdown activities. This role ensures each shutdown phase is executed flawlessly.
In this Level 3 or 4 Scheduler position, you'll be pivotal in integrating and managing all shutdown operations, including planning optimization and resource leveling. You will assess progress, resolve planning challenges, and prepare documentation for steering committee meetings, ensuring everything is on track for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and integrate comprehensive shutdown schedules
• Monitor progress against established plans
• Manage all aspects of shutdown operations and plans
• Ensure accurate coding of work orders
• Prepare reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a scheduler in complex outages
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 is advantageous
• Background in CMMS-SAP preferred for efficiency
• Proficiency in Power Bi and Smartsheet is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
