Key Responsibilities:
• Provide behavioural support to residents exhibiting responsive behaviours
• Deliver knowledge transfer on behaviour management strategies




• Collaborate with families regarding care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments based on best practices
• Implement care plans in collaboration with external consultants

Requirements:
• RPN certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Knowledge in dementia and mental health issues
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Effective communication skills in English
