About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Lead to manage and deliver a range of exciting projects for their practice based in Kimberley . This role involves leading project teams, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and to a high standard of design and technical quality. You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and closing of projects, playing a critical role in the firm's output and client satisfaction in the Northern Cape region. This is a prime opportunity for a motivated architect to take on significant project leadership.
Key Responsibilities Lead project teams through all stages of the architectural design and construction process.
Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, and other consultants.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Conduct site inspections and oversee the quality of construction.




Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant standards.
Requirements Registered Professional Architect with SACAP.
Minimum 7 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership.
Proficiency in Revit and other relevant architectural software.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations in Kimberley .
Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
