About the Role Our client is seeking a skilled Industrial Systems Engineer to enhance their operational systems and processes in Kimberley . This role involves analyzing the integration of various industrial systems, from production machinery to IT infrastructure, to ensure maximum efficiency and seamless operation. You will identify areas where systems can be optimized, implement new technological solutions, and ensure data integrity and flow across all operational touchpoints. This is a challenging role for an engineer with a solid understanding of both physical processes and digital systems, looking to drive innovation in Kimberley .
Key Responsibilities Analyze existing industrial systems, including automation, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) interfaces.
Design and implement integrated solutions to improve operational efficiency, data flow, and system performance.
Develop system requirements, specifications, and project plans for new system implementations or upgrades.
Collaborate with IT, operations, and engineering teams to ensure successful integration and deployment of systems.




Troubleshoot system issues and develop strategies for system maintenance and continuous improvement.
Ensure systems comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and data security protocols.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial systems engineering, process automation, or systems integration.
Proven experience with MES, ERP systems, SCADA, and industrial automation technologies.
Strong understanding of data analytics, system architecture, and software development lifecycles.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a systematic approach to complex system challenges.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
