We are seeking a qualified Shift Fitter at our Windsor manufacturing plant. This role involves working in a small team within a high-paced environment and handling both planned and unplanned maintenance. Your contribution will directly affect production efficiency and product quality, making this an impactful position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete all maintenance activities to ensure machine availability
• Conduct scheduled services on production machinery
• Perform breakdown maintenance, identifying and repairing issues




• Ensure equipment meets quality standards in production
• Implement process improvements for product quality

Requirements:
• Experience in Production or Engineering/Maintenance supervision
• Background in high-volume manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of CMMS like Asset Guardian
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Mechanical trade qualifications and forklift licenses are desirable
