About the Role Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in the Kimberley area. This hybrid role requires a balance of on-site presence for property inspections and tenant interactions, alongside remote capabilities for administrative tasks and communication. You will be responsible for tenant relations, rent collection, property maintenance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to providing excellent service to both tenants and property owners.
Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, and rent collection.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and address any issues promptly.
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work, working with vendors and contractors.
Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
Prepare and manage property budgets, track expenses,



and ensure profitability.
Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws and property management best practices.
Requirements Proven experience (3+ years) in property management , preferably residential.
Solid understanding of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in property management software and basic accounting principles.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a hybrid work setting.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail for operations in Kimberley .
