We are seeking a dedicated Field Technician (Geology) at IAMGOLD’s Côté Gold site, working under the Chief Geologist to ensure accurate data collection and geological support. This field-based role entails active involvement in sampling processes, inventory management, and adherence to safety measures within active mining sites. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of three months of relevant experience and be eager to work in a hands-on workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect samples for grade control from drilling
• Manage lab sample dispatch and returns




• Keep geological tools and vehicles in proper condition
• Operate field equipment adhering to safety standards
• Maintain inventory of supplies needed for geological work

Requirements:
• Minimum of Grade 12 education
• Asset: college diploma in geology or mining
• Preferably 3 months of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with open-pit mining practices beneficial
• Basic computer skills needed
