In this senior role, you will collaborate with the Manufacturing Team and become their financial business partner. Your focus will be on financial performance, operational reviews, and building forecasting models. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely financial analysis and support to the Manufacturing Team
• Lead variance analysis and operational performance reviews
• Develop and maintain forecasting models and budgeting processes




• Create metrics and KPIs to identify financial improvement opportunities
• Collaborate on ROI analyses for projects and initiatives

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of finance experience in manufacturing
• Solid knowledge of FP&A;, cost accounting, and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel and KPI dashboard skills
