Introduction :
Robertson is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.
Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting form $100 per hour
Location : Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid
Business Hours: Monday-Friday, Core business hours
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver small to medium real estate infrastructure projects: on time, budget, scope, and with quality
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring all moving forward and prioritized as required
Understand and map appropriate IT standards to Real Estate design
Communicate with business partners, IT, Real Estate and external vendors effectively and with respect
Create artifacts as needed for financials, reporting, and presentation and store in compliance with team project repositor
Track with meticulous detail project task, schedule, risk and budget status in all phases for every project
Facilitate meetings, requirements gathering, build coordination, and communication
Collaborate with Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to ensure project plans are well defined and execute




Resolve challenges aggressively and creatively
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
Diploma or Degree required
10 years of experience in Project Management required
IT PM
Real estate and infrastructure projects
Strong technology background
Jira
MS excel
Clarity
Spreadsheet and reporting experience
Video conferencing, technology currency projects would be nice to have
PMP
