Lead transformative projects as the Manager of Applied Science and Research with Inuvialuit Regional Corporation (IRC) in Inuvik. This role emphasizes community engagement through knowledge mobilization and research excellence.

With a focus on data-driven decision making, you’ll oversee initiatives that address critical social, cultural, and economic challenges. Your experience in leading teams and managing projects will play a key role in enhancing research for the Inuvialuit Settlement Region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage research projects aligned with community needs
• Conduct data analysis and deliver comprehensive reports
• Communicate findings to diverse audiences effectively




• Supervise research staff to ensure project completion
• Draft and secure funding through strategic proposals

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in social or health sciences
• 5 years of applied research experience required
• Prior experience in supervising research teams
• Expertise in statistical tools and methods essential
• Familiarity with Indigenous community dynamics preferred
