Program Overview: Pathways is Amazon's three-year Operations Leadership Development Program, designed to cultivate the next generation of senior operations leadership. Participants gain high visibility with senior executives while tackling challenging assignments across diverse sites, technologies, and geographies.
Program Steps: Step 1 – Area Manager: Lead 50–100 associates on the front lines of a fulfillment, sortation, or delivery centre.
Step 2 – Operations Manager: Lead and develop other managers, drive process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Step 3 – Senior Operations Manager: Execute regional or network-level initiatives, potentially running entire sites.

Preferred Qualifications: MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or related field
Master of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Systems, or Computer Engineering
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
Compensation: Starting at $119,800 CAD annually (Toronto). Total compensation includes base pay, sign-on bonus (paid over first two years), and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
