As an Electrical Designer, you will collaborate with mechanical, controls, and automation experts, influencing the control architecture and safety of various projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Design PLC-based electrical control systems for machinery
• Produce schematics with AutoCAD Electrical or similar software
• Calculate power requirements and select components
• Develop safety systems documentation and layouts
• Coordinate with technical disciplines as projects progress
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience required for intermediate level
• 8+ years for senior level roles
• Knowledge in PLC architecture and industrial control networks
• Familiarity with electrical safety circuits and design practices
