We are looking for a Site Foreman who can effectively manage commercial tenant improvements across the Lower Mainland. This role offers a chance to blend hands-on experience with leadership, coaching site assistants and ensuring protected work practices. You will have significant responsibilities in running smaller projects and coordinating trade work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of site workers in daily tasks
• Manage trade coordination on larger projects
• Oversee low-complexity projects up to $500K
• Develop look-ahead schedules using planning techniques
• Ensure job site safety and compliance

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction
• Strong background in tenant improvement projects
• Successful completion of a Journeyman Trade Certificate
• Proficient in reading blueprints and specifications
• Physically able to handle construction work
