This position is a full-time contract lasting until March 31, 2027, with a commitment of 35 hours per week. The RISE Program Worker is critical for providing outreach and early intervention, planning workshops, and maintaining robust community relationships. You will also contribute to organization-wide initiatives, emphasizing equity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customize services to meet individual youth needs
• Accurately maintain client information as per standards
• Plan and execute skill development programs




• Establish strong community linkages for crisis support
• Facilitate peer-led programs and organizational initiatives

Requirements:
• Must have a Child and Youth Work Diploma
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field
• Knowledge of IDEA and anti-oppressive practices
• Ability to handle issues of power imbalance
• Comfort with functional computer systems
