• Assist in executing the full corporate planning cycle • Deliver insights through rigorous cost and performance analysis • Collaborate on capital allocation process and business case evaluations • Prepare summaries for Business Performance and Capital Allocation Committee • Support the development of reporting systems and dashboards

Requirements: • 7-10 years in Finance or Business Performance roles • Bachelor's in Finance, Business, or related field • Robust financial modeling and mining operations knowledge • Proficiency in English; French or Spanish is a plus • Effective communication and collaboration skills
