That focus on environmental responsibility unites us and powers our work.Job SummaryKey Accounts Coordinator – a commercial customer‑facing role that collaborates with internal and external resources to deliver on customer expectations and develop and maintain customer relationships. The Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for products and services offered by Envari, supports client services, pursues new opportunities to strengthen Envari’s market share, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to resolve customer issues.ResponsibilitiesSegment customers (key, strategic, managed) and refine designation based on prospect analysis.Align account activities to maximize productivity and customer insight.Identify opportunities by researching industry sources, attending events, tracking prospective markets, customers, and competitors.Develop and implement a yearly account plan, including initiatives, reports, metrics, and customer priorities in alignment with overall account strategy and the customer experience roadmap.Contribute to developing business cases, work plans, processes,
and tools that support the overall account strategy.Interact with customers to ascertain needs and business drivers.Capture and share intelligence with service delivery leaders to assist in developing strategies that strengthen market share or increase customer value.Undertake a consultative sales approach and leverage technical abilities based on vertical market opportunities.Promote a wide range of company services and solutions.Assist and lead business development activities, including presentations and training seminars on industry issues, and contribute to proposal development.Populate the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with customer information, maintain content accuracy, and leverage the tool to build new business.Act as the primary contact for designated accounts on all technical, load‑profile, operational agreements, billing, and planned outages issues.Represent Envari Limited and its holding company to designated commercial customers.Liaise with and support other divisions to develop initiatives that improve customer service in alignment with the customer experience strategy.Assist with marketing development to drive business and create potential partnerships with identified accounts.Collaborate with internal groups on customer engagement and events.Ensure all corporate health and safety policies are followed.Develop successful capture strategies for new initiatives.Perform other duties as required.Education & ExperiencePost‑secondary education in a related field such as business, engineering, or technology focus.Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with consulting, technical sales, account management, or project management.Strong channel management skills.Ability to organize, analyze, and manage program metrics.Program development, program management, and sales experience.Strong computer skills and proficiency in office productivity and collaboration tools, preferably Google Workspace/G‑Suite, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Utility or energy services experience is considered an asset.Additional RequirementsValid class G driver’s license.English essential, both oral and written; bilingual (English/French) considered an asset.Location & CompensationOttawa, ON. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
