Position Overview

We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to oversee our HR functions and support our employees. This is a full‑time position, and you will work from our office in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the entire hiring process, from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews, ensuring we attract and select the best talent.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems that encourage employee development and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Policy Development: Create and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Compensation and Benefits Management:



Oversee employee compensation and benefits packages to ensure they are competitive and meet staff needs.

Required Skills and Expectations

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff at all levels. They must be organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A valuable understanding of HR software and databases is essential. They should demonstrate problem‑solving skills, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively in a team.
