Manage all aspects of service delivery for inbound multinational accounts including processing and portfolio management.Train and manage support team (Issuing Office (IO) Multinational Coordinator & Issuing Office Multinational Administrator) on outsourced activities related servicing of clients with higher degree of complexity.Ensure right level of IO fees received based on work performed in country in relation to assigned accounts.Participate in cross marketing efforts to sell non-Controlled Master Program (CMP) products at a local level.Proactively provide intelligence/information to Producing offices with respect to local market changes and trends, legislative, statutory changes and latest advisory rates for all lines of insurance dealt with in country.Subject matter expert that liaises with Producing Office underwriter and engages with local Product and/or Legal teams in order to ensure locally compliant policies that reflect local underwriting appetite.Monitor and escalate service issues / Be a team resource for the resolution of escalated issues.Assist the Producing Office with local policy deal architecture for Complex Risk
