Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment efforts for leadership positions
• Manage daily employee relations and performance issues

Requirements:
• 3+ years in HR or people operations in retail
• Proven experience managing complex employee situations
• Skills in recruiting and team building
• Excellent written and verbal communication
