As a vital part of the Pharmacovigilance team, you will bring your clinical judgment and analytical skills to evaluate adverse events and ensure compliance with Canadian regulations. Your contributions will directly support Health Canada by accurately interpreting medical information and reports, ultimately protecting patients' health. Your experience in managing pharmacovigilance activities will help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize local pharmacovigilance activities and safety reporting
• Assess adverse events using Canadian Product Monographs
• Serve as a subject matter expert in safety assessments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory timelines and documentation
• Liaise with stakeholders on safety-related issues
Requirements:
• Health Care Professional qualification preferred
• 4+ years in pharmacovigilance or data management
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality activities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bilingual in French and English required
