About the Role Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Logistics Team Lead to guide their operational team in Kimberley . This role involves supervising daily logistics activities, including coordinating deliveries, managing warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. You will be responsible for leading a team of logistics personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position requires robust leadership skills and a thorough understanding of supply chain dynamics within the Northern Cape region.
Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of logistics coordinators and warehouse staff to achieve departmental goals.
Oversee daily logistics operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and inventory management.
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders, shipments, and deliveries.
Implement and enforce company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.




Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven experience in managing and motivating a team.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation management.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and standard office applications.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote planning with on-site oversight in Kimberley .
