Knights On Guard Security is searching for a professional and experienced Shift Supervisor for the Town of Whitby. In this role, your primary responsibilities will involve comprehensive foot and mobile patrols, as well as ensuring that all safety protocols are adhered to. Successful candidates will demonstrate solid leadership and a customer-first approach in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular patrols on foot and using a company vehicle
• Control access and verify credentials for entry
• Address queries and provide information to the public




• Report security incidents and maintain logs accurately
• Lead and direct other security personnel effectively

Requirements:
• Hold a valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Minimum 1 year of security or supervisory experience
• G-class driver's licence required
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Strong skills in report writing and problem-solving
