Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) is seeking a pharmacist for the Grace Hospital site to provide patient-centered pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients. You will monitor pharmacotherapy, provide drug information, and educate patients and staff.
The successful candidate will hold an entry-to-practice credential in pharmacy with eligibility for Manitoba licensure; hospital residency is preferred. In-person work with versatile shifts and on-call coverage is required.
