About the Role Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Chemical Analyst Engineer to join their quality control and assurance team in Kimberley . This role involves leading the analysis of chemical products and processes, ensuring they meet rigorous quality standards and specifications. You will utilize advanced analytical techniques and instrumentation, interpret complex data, and provide critical insights to improve product quality and process consistency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry and a commitment to upholding the highest quality benchmarks in a challenging industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead and perform advanced chemical analyses using various instrumental techniques (e.g., GC, HPLC, MS).
Develop and validate recent analytical methods and protocols.
Interpret analytical data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Oversee the maintenance and calibration of laboratory analytical equipment.
Train and mentor junior analytical chemists and technicians.




Ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering , Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical analysis and quality control.
Expertise with analytical instrumentation such as Gas Chromatography (GC) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
