Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions, to lead end-to-end offboarding for external employees across AMER, EMEA and APAC with a solid emphasis on legal compliance and exceptional client service.
You will guide clients through termination, resignation and transfer procedures, coordinate responses with payroll, legal, and other stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements as part of the Lifecycle team in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
