Your leadership will directly impact financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all financial operations for InnPower and subsidiaries
• Guarantee compliance with IFRS and financial laws
• Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes




• Spearhead automation and modernization of financial functions
• Ensure robust internal control mechanisms are in place

Requirements:
• Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting required
• CPA credential and over ten years of finance experience
• At least five years in a leadership role essential
• Knowledge of the Ontario utility landscape beneficial
• Experienced in managing audits and financial governance
