Join Fairmont Chateau Whistler as a Wedding Sales Manager, focusing on luxury weddings and leisure travel partnerships. Drive revenue by leading sales initiatives from inquiry to contracting.

This full time role reports to the Director of Group Sales and the Director of Sales & Marketing. You’ll be pivotal in generating new business through planners and industry referrals. Collaborate with internal teams to create exceptional client experiences at one of Canada's premier mountain resorts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead wedding sales from initial inquiry to contracting
• Generate new business through planners and industry connections
• Conduct property tours and create compelling proposals




• Build relationships with wedding planners and vendors
• Support luxury leisure and consortia sales strategies

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hospitality
• Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of luxury travel consortia networks is a plus
• Strong presentation and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
